In 2009, Engelheim Charter was selected to manage the ground transportation efforts for PCS Rocanville West expansion project (operated by the Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan, Inc.). potashOur responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating fleet of 16 Motor Coach buses, in addition to 3 support passenger vehicles. We are responsible for the maintenance of the equipment as well, ensuring that the buses are regularly inspected to meet SGI safety standards.

isnetworldEngelheim Charter has achieved a Dashboard Grade of A with ISNetWorld, the global resource for connecting corporations with safe, reliable contractors/suppliers from capital-intensive industries. ISN collects self-reported conformance information from contractors/suppliers, verifies its accuracy, and then reports the results in an easy-to-follow format. This allows corporations to select those resources that best meet internal and governmental requirements, while providing contractors/suppliers the opportunity to centralize their conformance information, saving time and gaining presence in the marketplace.

flooding pictureRecently, Engelheim drove a group from Saskatoon to a conference at a Resort located south of Bismarck, North Dakota. They traveled the whole way through snow, high winds and icy roads. When they arrived, they learned that traffic was being grounded due to flooding, so very few people could get to the conference. The Saskatoon group then made a decision to wait until Wednesday to return to Saskatchewan. By then the flooding had become so bad that they needed a Police escort all the way to Bismarck. The Saskatoon folks were very happy group when they returned safe and sound and now they have many stories to tell of their adventures.

LITLuther Collegiate recently held their annual Luther Invitational Tournament, a basketball sensation, the LIT. Engelheim was there in sponsorship. We feel it is our duty to give back to the community that has used our services, in so doing we promote sport, culture and recreation by sponsoring events, tournaments, and other activities. Be sure to keep an eye out for our banner at an event, or our ad in the directory.

2007 Snapshot

>> To meet customer demands, we have added a bus to our fleet.

>> There has been record levels of snow-fall this year so far. That has led to a flurry of ski trips and other related activites.
>> Along with snow, come avalanches. Recently we were delayed by an avalanche cleanup, but far from getting all hot and bothered, we waited it out and got our groups there on time.
